Beatrix provides IT solutions including but not limited to website development, SEO optimization, and digital strategy services. All service details, pricing, and deliverables are as described on our website or in a separate written agreement between Beatrix and the client.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payment is due as specified at the time of purchase or in the service agreement.
• We accept payments via Razorpay and other supported payment methods.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Beatrix remain the intellectual property of Beatrix until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables as agreed. Beatrix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all content provided to Beatrix does not infringe third-party rights.
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Beatrix reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct deemed harmful to Beatrix or its clients. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

Beatrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
